IAC Ad Solutions' Creative Team Wins OMMA Award!
It's no surprise to find Gene Simmons, top-shelf liquor, and rock and roll in the same category—as finalists in this year's OMMA Awards in Online Advertising Creativity/Standard Flash or Rich Media Banner.
It's no surprise to find Gene Simmons, top-shelf liquor, and rock and roll in the same category—as finalists in this year's OMMA Awards in Online Advertising Creativity/Standard Flash or Rich Media Banner.
But the big winner is the Bacardi Mojito Banner Gadget, created by IAC Ad Solutions' acclaimed in-house design agency. (IAC/AS was an OMMA finalist in 2007 for the Schick Quattro Girls' Guide to Dating microsite.)
Recognized for its "outstanding strategic and creative execution," the Bacardi Mojito Banner Gadget promoted the brand while leveraging partnerships with Evite and Citysearch—IAC online destinations that are top of mind for socially active consumers.
The multi-tab Flash unit beat out thousands of entries to be named a finalist. And for good reason. As the centerpiece of the campaign, the gadget enabled Bacardi to deliver a fully integrated, cross-site experience to users without a microsite.
